Your genome is the most personal data you will ever hold, so the model is simple: it is yours. We host it so you can reach it whenever you want, you decide who else ever sees it, and you can take it with you while subscribed or ask support to permanently delete it after we verify your request.

Encrypted and access-controlled
Data is encrypted, and connecting any tool to it requires an explicit authorization you can revoke at any time.
Portable — export anytime
Draw your genome whenever you want, at the same published rate as any other read. No export fee, no upsell to reach your own data, and we never sell it.
Permanent deletion by verified request
When your genome entitlement ends, new access and sequencing stop while your specimen and data remain stored for resubscription. Contact support for permanent deletion; we verify the request and do not call it complete until owned artifacts are gone and existing signed links have expired.
We never sell your genome
We never sell your data — not to researchers, not to advertisers, not to anyone. Hosting your genome is the service; your genome is not the product.
Consent is per-use and revocable
Every use of your data is something you grant explicitly, and can withdraw.
